These are the terms of service for Viralytics, an analytics platform for content creators and influencers.
They cover acceptance of the terms, eligibility, a description of the service, account registration and access codes, connecting an Instagram account or a YouTube channel, acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, suspension and termination, and the governing law.
Viralytics reads YouTube channel statistics through YouTube API Services. By using those features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; Google’s handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
